Circle in the cup

A closed line with no beginning and no end in the grounds means wholeness: an agreement is coming together, a ring is being put on, work is taking shape. A full, smooth circle hints at a return to someone or something. A broken line says the whole is still being assembled and it's worth seeing where the missing piece is. Circles nested inside one another tie home and work together.

Position changes the tone: nearer the rim speaks of what is close, nearer the bottom of what is further off; a clearer shape speaks louder than a faint one.
