Crown in the cup

Recognition is seen in the cup as a crown. When its points can be clearly counted, someone's opinion of you is shifting for the better and your name is being mentioned in rooms you aren't in. But what's worn on the head demands an upright bearing. A tilted crown: a title given before you wanted it.

Position changes the tone: nearer the rim speaks of what is close, nearer the bottom of what is further off; a clearer shape speaks louder than a faint one.
