By using Starwhisper you accept these terms in full. They apply to every visitor — whether you only read your horoscope or have an account open. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

These terms are accompanied by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we keep and why.

Starwhisper is a astrology site — the core content is free, and some services are paid. In one place it offers:

• daily, weekly, and monthly horoscopes for every sign
• the daily oracle — a short message for the day
• descriptions of signs, elements, and how they relate
• numerology, biorhythms, and moon phases
• tarot, natal charts, a dream dictionary, and an astro calendar
• a compatibility check between two signs

Everything you read here is meant for entertainment and self-reflection. Astrological content is not and does not replace professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or any other expert advice. For such matters, consult a qualified professional.

Decisions you make based on what you read are entirely your own, and you alone are responsible for them. The stars offer a perspective, but the choice always remains yours.

Readings, horoscopes, oracle replies and interpretations on Starwhisper are composed by the oracle — the voice of this site, not a person — from your details and questions. Asked directly about its nature, the oracle always answers truthfully.

All content — free and paid alike — is for entertainment and self-reflection only and is not advice, a prediction, or a service with a guaranteed outcome. It is no substitute for medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice.

Prices of paid services are clearly shown before every purchase, and a receipt follows every charge. If something is wrong with a paid reading, contact us within 14 days — refund requests are handled helpfully.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason, under the consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

For digital content (reports, readings), preparation starts immediately after your express consent given at checkout — this is what lets you receive your report without delay. Once the report has been delivered, the right of withdrawal lapses. If something is wrong with a delivered report, contact us — we still welcome refund requests under the terms in the billing section.

For subscriptions: cancel any time, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your first payment, we refund the unused part of that period on a pro-rata basis. For credit top-ups: within the first 14 days we refund unused credits on request.

You can file a complaint through our complaint form, or write to us directly via the contact page.

We confirm receipt of every complaint and respond within 8 days. If a complaint is justified, at your choice — where the law grants you that choice — we offer repair or redo, a price reduction, or a refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, within 14 days of the complaint being approved. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Alongside written readings, the Starwhisper oracle also offers a voice conversation. The call is always clearly disclosed as a conversation with the oracle — the voice of this site, not a person — and you can end it whenever you choose.

We record and transcribe the call — the recording and transcript are used to bill you exactly for the time you spoke and to make readings more consistent. How we store and delete that data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Billing runs per started minute — every started minute is billed as a whole one, at the rate for the oracle you call. The shortest call you can start is 3 minutes; credits for that minimum are reserved before the call begins, and the actual charge is calculated and deducted only after the call ends.

If the connection fails before the call actually starts — for example due to a technical fault — the reserved credits are released and you are not charged. We do not refund credits for minutes that actually took place; if you believe something went wrong with the call, contact us through the complaints form.

Voice readings, like all other content on the site, are intended for entertainment and self-reflection — the oracle does not give medical, legal, or financial advice.

You can read the content without an account. You open an account only if you want a personal reading and to save your place — in that case we keep your name, email, password (encrypted), and, if you wish, your date of birth, so we can calculate your sign and a personalized reading.

• The information you enter should be accurate and your own; don't open an account in someone else's name.
• Keep your password safe and don't share it — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• If you notice unauthorized access to your account, let us know as soon as possible.
• You can cancel your account and request deletion of your data at any time, through the contact form.

Tools like numerology, biorhythms, and moon phases are calculated in your browser, and nothing is stored without an account. Paid services (personal reports, subscription) are charged through the payment processor Stripe — your card details never reach our server; we keep only the record of the order and the payment.

Use Starwhisper in good faith and in accordance with the law. It is not permitted to:

• misuse the site, disrupt its operation, or attempt unauthorized access
• send unwanted messages, spam, or offensive and unlawful content through our forms
• impersonate someone or use someone else's data
• bulk-download, copy, or resell the content
• any use that violates the law or the rights of others

If the site is used in any of these ways, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access and, if necessary, the account.

The texts, descriptions, page design, and the name and brand Starwhisper belong to Starwhisper and are protected. You may read and share them for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution.

Reproducing, adapting, or commercially using the content without our prior consent is not permitted.

We offer Starwhisper as it is and do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we give no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that every piece of content will match your expectations.

Since the content is intended for entertainment and self-reflection, we are not responsible for decisions, actions, or consequences that result from relying on what you read. For important life, health, legal, or financial decisions, always consult a professional.

Starwhisper is growing — from time to time we add, change, or remove parts of the site. Likewise, we may update these terms periodically.

Every change will be published on this page, with an updated last-modified date at the top. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the updated terms.

These terms and your use of Starwhisper are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We first try to resolve any disputes by agreement, and if that fails, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia has jurisdiction.
