Sun in the cup

Of all the signs in the cup, the sun carries the most warmth: clarity, recognition, a stretch when things go in your favor. Spreading rays promise success visible even from the outside; a pale, barely sketched sun speaks of strength only just returning. Wherever it stands, it softens the tone of the symbols around it.

Position changes the tone: nearer the rim speaks of what is close, nearer the bottom of what is further off; a clearer shape speaks louder than a faint one.
