Cloud in the cup
A cloud is uncertainty — a moment when you don't have all the facts, and that's fine. Light and loose, it hints at a brief confusion that passes like a change in the weather; thick and dark, it asks you to postpone a decision until it clears. Right at the rim, it often carries someone else's mood that has spilled over onto you.
Position changes the tone: nearer the rim speaks of what is close, nearer the bottom of what is further off; a clearer shape speaks louder than a faint one.
